I am wondering if customers think that they will eat bagels chips. In the past at the Unicorn (the past meaning 2007), we used to make bagel chips (sometimes herby, sometimes sweet). Now that I have returned to the Unicorn, I notice that there are no longer bagel chips on the counter. I made them once over Thanksgiving when the cafe was very quiet in my perception, and they did not all sell. So I am wondering if people think bagel chips are worth me making.
